Simple pricing
Choose between 3 and 1,000 whole credits. One credit costs EUR 0.50, CZK 12 or PLN 2.15 in the currency shown for your country. The total is shown before payment and includes applicable taxes. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Sandbox purchases are tests and do not charge real money.
Using credits
You request delivery as soon as payment is confirmed. One credit lets you create one dare. Entry and voting are free. Credits are attached to your DareHit account, cannot be transferred and have no cash redemption outside applicable refunds and consumer remedies. Purchases are available to adults. You need a DareHit account, an internet connection and a supported browser to use credits. Credits can also fund dare promotion: one credit adds ten promotional upvotes. The displayed dare total combines member upvotes and promotional upvotes. Promotion affects visibility without guaranteeing placement; it does not buy entry votes or change winner selection.
Cancellation, refunds and mistakes
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract without giving a reason. We do not ask you to waive this right. Open Credits, find the purchase, choose Withdraw from purchase and then Confirm withdrawal, or send an unambiguous statement to the support address below. We acknowledge online withdrawal by email with the date and time. You may also use the model form below, but it is not required. Send your notice before the withdrawal period expires. Used credits do not automatically exclude your rights. Mandatory rights concerning failed delivery, defects and incorrect charges remain available.
Secure payment
Payments use Stripe-hosted checkout. Credits are added only after authenticated payment confirmation. We send a purchase confirmation containing your order, the accepted terms and withdrawal information to your account email. You can also download it from your purchase history. Pending payment confirmation may take a little time.
Refund processing and credit corrections
Where withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Refunded credits are removed from your account. A credit correction is recorded in your history and explained by email. It is not a demand to pay money. Contact support to dispute a correction. Other refund requests and disputed payments receive a documented review; statutory remedies are not limited by these terms. Unresolved consumer disputes about purchases or the service may be submitted to Česká obchodní inspekce (Czech Trade Inspection Authority): https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. This consumer dispute process is separate from appeals about content moderation. Your right to bring a claim before a court remains unaffected.
Model withdrawal form
To the operator and support address below: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following purchase: [purchase reference and number of credits]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if this form is sent on paper.
Creation credits and deletion
Voluntarily deleting a dare does not return its creation credit, including when it is still awaiting initial review. Removing a dare from your profile or requesting cancellation does not itself return the creation credit. If initial review rejects the dare before its first publication, we return the creation credit actually charged, once. A dare created without a credit charge does not generate a refund. This content-deletion policy is separate from withdrawing from a credit purchase and does not limit mandatory rights concerning failed delivery, defects, incorrect charges or other consumer remedies.
