Version 18 October 2026 · Draft for operator and jurisdiction review

Comments and moderation

Comments are available on entries only, with one level of replies. Comment likes do not count as competition votes. Sexual content, harassment, hate, threats, spam and private information are prohibited. Before publication, comments pass an automated OpenAI text safety check. If screening is unavailable, comments are held for review. Reports are reviewed by a person. Restrictions include a reason and can be appealed in Settings → Reports or through support. Automated screening also checks for potentially harmful violence, self-harm and illicit activity. A flag is not a finding of illegality; you may request human review through the appeal process.

A dare should make a day better

Keep challenges low-risk, inclusive and realistic. No traffic, heights, weapons, fire, dangerous substances, extreme exercise, disordered eating, trespass, theft or illegal acts. Do not pressure anyone into participating. A good challenge works without purchases or special equipment. Product-promoting dares are welcome, including dares by businesses. If you benefit from the promotion, identify it as advertising and name the brand in the title.

People come first

No harassment, threats, hate, humiliation, sexual exploitation, non-consensual imagery, child sexual abuse material or sharing private information. Do not film strangers or children without an appropriate basis and permission. Stop if someone does not want to be recorded.

Keep competition honest

Capture a new entry in the app. Do not pass generated or manipulated media off as a live event. Do not buy votes, use account farms or organize fraudulent voting. Self-voting and supporting multiple entries are allowed. Reports of fake content are reviewed; a report alone is not a public finding of fraud.

Report, block, appeal

Use the report control on a dare, entry, comment or profile. Choose a reason and provide useful details. For illegal content, identify the specific item and explain why it is unlawful. We acknowledge reports, record decisions and provide review channels. Do not use reports to harass people. For imminent danger, contact the appropriate emergency services rather than relying on an app report.
